Registration and Accommodation
All participants must apply for registeration, accomodation, banquet and postcongress excursion electrically on the Web site: https://biz.knt.co.jp/ecs3.5/vana7/

Registration
- Deadline for registration : AUGUST 31, 2010
REGISTRATION FEE
Regular fee is 30,000 JPY.
Graduate student/postdoc/retired fees are 10,000 JPY.
HOW TO MAKE A REGISTRATION
We accept your registration only via Internet.
Online registration is available at the official website.
ABOUT CANCELLATION AND CHANGE
You can cancel or change your reservation any time before the deadline for application.
After the deadline for application, please inform us of your cancellation or change by e-mail.
We do not accept phone calls.
Cancellation after the registration deadline cannot be refunded.
METHOD OF PAYMENT (CREDIT CARD PAYMENT ONLY)
You can pay your registration fees with your credit card .
All payments must be in Japanese yen.
When you pay with your credit card, the settlement day will be after the registration deadline.

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
2 weeks or more prior to the date of arrival: No cancellation fee.
3 days prior: 20% of one night accommodation fee.
1 day prior: 50% of one night accommodation fee.
The date of arrival, or no notice given: 100% accommodation fee.
BANQUET (subject to additional charge)
- October 8, 18:00-20:00 Dinner Party (Dress cord: informal)
The Dinner Party will be held at ANA CROWNE PLAZA HOTEL, which is near to the Congress site. You are cordially invited to sign up for Dinner Party (8,000 JPY per person). Online registration is available at the official website.
CANCELLATION POLICY
2 weeks or more prior to the date of arrival: No cancellation fee.
13 days before the banquet and on the day: 100%
POST CONGRESS EXCURSION (subject to additional charge)
- Bus tour 7,000 JPY/ One day tour October 10 (8:30 - 17:30)
[Chartered Bus] Toyama Hotel Area - Shomyo Waterfall - Tateyama Toll Road - Murodo (Stroll - Lunch) -Tateyama Museum -Toyama Hotel Area (Finish of Tour)
The excursion will only be organized if the number of participants is over 30.
When not reaching 30 persons, we will cancel the tour and refund the fee.
CANCELLATION POLICY
2 weeks or more prior to the date of arrival: No cancellation fee.
13 days before the excursion and on the day: 100%
NOTE
The highest part, Murodo plateau, has an altitude of 2450 m. You can enjoy spectacular view and beautiful autumn colors. The weather in Tateyama is generally cold with an average temperature range of 5 ~ 8°C. Make sure to bring extra clothes to keep warm, and to wear flat shoes for your convenience.
Please accept that there is a possibility to change part of the itinerary, depending on the weather and traffic conditions.
